FLEX YYGS UWC

3 students. 2 years. Full grants won.

We don't just teach FLEX, YYGS, and UWC prep — we've been through it ourselves, and we've already gotten students in. Now we're opening the course to more.

Why Scholar's Hub

We've done this before. Literally.

Most prep courses are run by people who read about FLEX, YYGS, and UWC. We've lived them. Our mentors are FLEX alumni themselves, and over the past two years, three of our students have won full grants to these exact programs.

We don't need a wall of impressive personal test scores to convince you. We have something better: a track record of getting other students in.

Compare that to prep courses that show off their own founders' scores, but can't yet point to a single student they've placed.

How the course runs

Your prep, mapped out

Every track moves through the same four phases, paced to match your program's actual deadlines.

1

Foundation & personal story

We start by finding the story only you can tell — the thread that will carry through your essays, your interview, and every form you fill out.

2

Essay mastery & profile building

Draft, cut, rebuild. We push every essay through several rounds of honest feedback before it's ready to submit.

3

Interview & group activity prep

Live rehearsal with mentors who've sat on the other side of this exact interview, so nothing about the real one catches you off guard.

4

Final application & document review

A last close read of every document before it goes in — the kind of check that catches the small mistakes that cost places.

A detailed week-by-week schedule is shared with each cohort once enrollment closes, timed to your program's actual deadlines.

Who's teaching

Mentors who've lived it

No hired tutors reading from a syllabus. Every mentor here has either won the program or is actively going through it.

IM

Ismail Mamadaliyev

FLEX Mentor · FLEX '25 Alumnus · IELTS 8.0

Went through the full FLEX process himself in 2025 and now coaches students through essays and interviews, drawing on exactly what worked — and what didn't — the first time around.

AT

Azizbek Torabayev

FLEX Mentor · FLEX '26 Alumnus · SAT 1520

Treats a reading passage like a puzzle to be cracked. A 1520 SAT and a FLEX '26 admit, he turns test prep from a guessing game into a system — closest in age to current applicants, and still remembers exactly which mistakes cost him points the first time.

FR

Fayzulloh Raximjonov

UWC Waterford Kamhlaba · Class of '28

Admitted to UWC Waterford Kamhlaba and currently preparing for his own departure — living the process in real time while mentoring you through yours.

Questions

Frequently asked

Pulled from real questions our 300+ Telegram members have actually asked us.

Is this only for 11th graders?

No. FLEX is open to students in the eligible age and grade range set by the program each year, and our UWC and YYGS tracks are open more broadly. If you're not sure whether you qualify, message us on Telegram and we'll check your specific grade and birth year against the current program rules.

What if my English level is low?

Plenty of successful applicants start with modest English. Our FLEX track includes dedicated ELTiS and reading prep built for exactly this, and mentors adjust pacing to where you're actually starting from — not where the syllabus assumes you are.

What happens if I don't get in?

We'll be honest: these are competitive, low-acceptance programs, and we can't guarantee an outcome. What we can guarantee is a stronger application than you'd have built alone, and mentors who'll help you decide whether to reapply the following year.

How is the course structured — live sessions or recorded?

A mix. Core teaching happens live so you can ask questions in the moment, and sessions are recorded for anyone who misses one. Essay and interview feedback is always one-on-one.

Is there a payment plan?

Yes — message us on Telegram and we'll set up a plan that fits your situation. We built this course to be accessible, and we mean that in how you can pay for it too.

Who is actually teaching the course?

Our FLEX mentors, Ismail Mamadaliyev and Azizbek Torabayev, are FLEX alumni who went through the program themselves. Our UWC track is mentored by a student currently preparing for their own UWC departure. We don't outsource teaching to tutors who haven't been through these programs.
